Why Plaistow Homeowners Are Installing New AC Systems
If you’re searching for AC installation right now, you’re probably dealing with one of these:
- No central air at all, and window units aren't cutting it anymore
- An old system that's 10–15+ years old and struggling to keep up
- A finished basement, addition, or garage with no way to cool it
- Rising summer energy bills from an outdated, inefficient unit
- Uneven cooling — some rooms freezing, others still warm
- Wanting central air installed before selling or renovating your home
Whatever the reason, a properly sized, professionally installed system solves the problem for good — and most installations are done faster than homeowners expect.

Built for Plaistow's Climate
Plaistow summers get hot and humid, and the wrong system — or the wrong size — means uneven cooling and higher bills all season. We size every installation around your home’s actual layout and insulation, not a generic estimate, so the system performs the way it’s supposed to from day one.
We proudly install AC systems throughout Plaistow and nearby communities including Atkinson, Hampstead, Kingston, Salem, and the wider Southern NH region.
Frequently Asked Questions
Most central AC installations take 1–2 days depending on system size and whether ductwork changes are needed. Ductless mini split installs are often completed in a single day.
Central AC requires ductwork — we can install new ducts if your home doesn't have them. If you'd rather avoid ductwork entirely, a ductless mini split system is a strong alternative.
System size depends on your home's square footage, insulation, and layout. We perform a full load calculation during your in-home evaluation to make sure your system is sized correctly — not too big, not too small.
We install all major brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and Mitsubishi Electric, chosen based on your home, budget, and efficiency goals.
Along with Plaistow, we install AC systems throughout Atkinson, Kingston, Hampstead, Salem, and the surrounding Southern NH region.
Yes — repair and tune-up services are handled separately from installation. If your system just needs a fix or a seasonal check-up rather than a full install, let us know and we'll point you to the right service.
